Session one applies the Scoping Rubric to something real on your desk right now. Session two covers governance and repairs whatever broke in months one and two.

The product changes, on purpose. It stops being build and becomes counsel. The tool you’re evaluating. The vendor pitching you. The thing your team wants to buy. The workflow that just got expensive. You stay current without spending your weekends staying current.

No guarantee past session one. Results after that depend on your reps, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise.
